From day one and through every high and low, Jo is the kind of person you'd want on your team. My first interaction with him was back in the summer of 2020 when I was an intern eager to understand our data. While he may not recall that initial conversation—given how many people he helps EVERY DAY—I will never forget it. Since then, I've had many 1:1 with Jo, where he meticulously explained technical details and highlighted potential opportunities. He'd been a consistent advocate for my role and my work. Though teams inevitably evolve, one constant has been Jo's in-depth product knowledge, genuine empathy towards colleagues, and unwavering transparency. He genuinely embodies the philosophy, 'Your success is my success.'

Jo is a whiz at making complicated ideas sound simple. Working in the data space, there are many acronyms, confusing terms filled with jargon, and complex scenarios. Jo can break down these scenarios with ease, explaining them in plain terms to help both colleagues and customers to connect the dots. This is no easy feat, and Jo does it with grace without ever making the recipient of the information feel less than. I was fortunate enough to work with Jo throughout numerous roles at ZoomInfo, and I can confidently say I became a better colleague and employee because of the time they spent teaching me. I had the pleasure of working with Jo when he was on the Customer Success team at ZoomInfo. He's someone you want to have on your account team if you are an Account Manager. He's got the attention to detail, the domain expertise, plus the ability to work with a customer's problem until he gets to the solution. Jo is one of the most helpful people I have ever worked with. Jo's ability to address complex data discussions in a thorough, straightforward manner is something I have tremendous respect for. The amount of people at ZoomInfo who rely on Jo's knowledge in their day-to-day work is astronomical. Jo is a rare person who helps so many people at Zoominfo, and it's not just because of the knowledge Hova has. Jo's ability to provide context and go above and beyond when helping customers is second to none. I know that if I ask Jo a question, I won't get an answer that meets expectations, instead, I will get one that blows beyond expectations and provides exceptional clarity, context, and details on a micro and macro scale that in turn makes everyone else more valuable.

One thing that I also want to note is his value both internally and externally. Rarely do you have someone so competent and knowledgeable on such complicated topics who also possesses such talent when navigating difficult discussions with customers. I greatly admire Jo's knowledge, but even more, the way that knowledge is made readily available and shared with his peers. Jo is an extremely unique person who knows exactly how to use his knowledge, and that makes him extremely valuable as both an internal and external resource.
